Framework agreement for provision of drill bits in Poland. Chevron Polska Energy Resources Sp. z O.O. ("Company") intends to award more than one framework agreement for the supply of drill bits and associated field services required for Company's upcoming well drilling operations over the onshore Grabowiec, Frampol, Krasnik and Zwierzyniec blocks in South-Eastern Poland. Call-offs against the framework will be issued to the provider with the most economically advantageous framework agreement and Company will use the same award criteria as stated in the framework agreement invitation to tender. Only where the terms laid down in the framework agreement are not complete enough for a particular call off, will Company hold a mini competition with all the providers awarded a framework agreement and capable of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the agreed framework agreement. Equipment and services that economic operators must be able to provide shall include, but not be limited to: — Roller cone mill tooth and insert bits, polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) bits of both steel or matrix alloy body with polycrystalline, natural or synthetic cutters, — Supply of ream while drilling tools and bi-center drill bits, — Performing analysis of formation drill-ability through latest software diagnostics and research, — Provision of experienced personnel for on-site assistance during the drilling process, — Consignment of drill bits to Company's work location as requested by Company.
