Pre-qualification questionnaire for the provision of public relations, communications and associated services for Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau. BVCB wishes to appoint a professional public relations and communications management agency to support the work of BVCB's Communications Department on a retainer contract. The service provider will be responsible as briefed by BVCB for the implementation of the PR activities as determined by BVCB's annual business plans going forward.
