Full blood count and coagulation services. Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to provide Full Blood Count (and associated parameters) and Coagulation systems, and associated consumables including reagents and blood tubes by way of a fully managed equipment services arrangement. The proposed system must have cross site data management accessibility to allow remote viewing and validation. The Contracting Authority will, inter alia, seek to implement a solution which provides for harmonization of laboratory policies, processes and test profiles and rationalization of testing. The envisaged contract duration is 7 plus 1 plus 1 years however the Contracting Authority reserves the right to discuss and consider alternative contract term/s of up to 14 years during the course of dialogue. It is the expectation of the Contracting Authority to enter into an arrangement for the supply of the required services that will be structured in a manner that will facilitate VAT recovery by the Contracting Authority on all associated costs of the arrangement under the appropriate NHS VAT Contracted Out Services reliefs, on the basis it qualifies as a fully managed laboratory service by meeting all the requirements for such arrangements as laid down by the relevant Tax Authority. It is the expectation of the Contracting Authority to enter into an arrangement for the supply of the Full Blood Count and Coagulation service that will be structured in a manner that will allow all associated costs of the arrangement to be kept off-Balance Sheet in relation to International Financial Reporting Standards. West Bromwich multi storey car park. The Authority is seeking a company/consortium to design, construct and operate a multi storey car park. The proposed site already has the benefit of outline planning permission for the works. The design stage will involve the architectural and engineering design of a multi storey car park with a minimum capacity of 515 car parking spaces including disabled parking spaces. The building will have a high quality facade (see III.1.4) including a minimum of 2 nr. lifts and 1 nr. 150 m2 gross internal floor area parking attendants office space.
