UK-Liverpool: landscaping work
Riverside landscape & civic construction framework. Yes Riverside wishes to procure a four year non-binding framework agreement, for the provision of landscaping and civic construction works. The works relate to all aspects of hard and soft landscaping and shall include, but not be limited to; surfacing, alteration of carriageways, junctions, pathways, footpaths and boundaries, signage, lighting, street furniture, seating/benches, security fences, parks, shelters, planting and growing areas, provision of water and integration of art. The lots procured are anticipated to be as follows –. — Lot 1 – hard and soft landscaping – Lee Valley, Merseyside, — Lot 2 – hard and soft landscaping – north west, — Lot 3 – hard and soft landscaping – south east, — Lot 4 – hard and soft landscaping – Midlands, — Lot 5 – hard and soft landscaping – north east, — Lot 6 - Scotland. The proposed framework agreements shall be put in place for a maximum period of 4 years from July/August 2011. The ensuing arrangements may be used by both current and future members of The Riverside Group Limited, partners of The Riverside Group Limited and other organisations with similar interests to The Riverside Group Limited. In this regard, the Riverside Group should be regarded as a "central purchasing body." In this respect, it should also be noted that Riverside is a founder member of Fusion21. Fusion21 is a collaborative partnership of several landlords with stock located predominantly across Merseyside but also nationally, who have achieved substantial efficiency gains in planned maintenance, resulting in the award of a Housing Corporation Gold Award. The organisations listed or referred to above have requirements predominantly within the north west, south west, south east, Midlands and north east, however those with stock in other areas of the UK may also utilise this framework. The framework entered into will be managed by the Contracting Authorities outlined, and all partners, members and clients either current or future, will be entitled to call off individual contracts pursuant to the framework agreement. The Affinity Sutton Group (The Authority) is a business for social purpose and one of the country's leading providers of affordable housing with over 53 000 homes and a one hundred year history. Affinity Sutton's homes are located in more than 120 local authorities from Plymouth in the South West to Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North East. The Authority are seeking to procure suitability qualified, experienced and resourced contractor(s) to undertake the completion of the design and deliver a mixed use development of thirty-five (35) residential units, a Surgery to NHS/PCT Design Requirements completely fitted out including a Pharmacyt and Commercial D1 units to shell and core with the option for undertaking additional fit-out Works within the same contract.
