Contract for the Supply of Industrial Paper Packaging for Coillte Panel Products. Available in Europe since 1976, Medite (a subsidary of the Coillte Group) is arguably Europe's most recognised brand of MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard). Through consistent commitment to research and development we have established Medite as the leading brand in the MDF market by introducing a wide variety of quality products. Cardboard is currently used as the packaging for MDF units and due to advancements in technology; paper has been identified as a durable replacement. Medite requires approximately 95 000 sheets of durable brown paper to be supplied per annum. The paper will replace the existing cardboard packaging so quality, durability and supply needs to be guaranteed. The purpose of the paper packaging is to act as protection against damage, a dust cover and also branding of the product as logos and certifications are applied. Paper has been identified as a replacement option that is as durable as cardboard but with several advantages. NL-Amsterdam: lasers
Supply of an Undulator. Currently FOM uses three (3) infrared free electron lasers for research. A part of the laser construction is an undulator. One of these undulators will be replaced for a new one. In the nearest future FOM will be relocated to new location. The exact date of the relocation is not yet known. This relocation is expected to take place mid year 2012. An undulator is an insertion device used in storage rings and free electron lasers. It consists of a periodic structure of dipole magnets. The subject of this tender (and the agreement resulting from this tender) is design, fabrication and delivery of an undulator for FOM's new location.
