Harstad water treatment plant E51 Process control plant. Harstad municipality shall construct a new water treatment plant. The platn shall provide water to the town of Harstad and approx. 20 000 persons are connected to the waterworks. A new complete treatment plant for the existing water source Storvann north shall be constructed. The process is the Molde process and UV disinfection, the amount of water is 326 l/s. The construction is to be carried out with 4 joint contracts. The main elements in this contract E51 for the process control plant are: PLS plant and PC plant including programming for process control and monitoring of all sub processes at the new water treatment plant. The programming of the monitor system shall be with InTouch software which is also used in other operational control plants for water and sewage in the municipality. The total extent of signals which shall be connected to the PLS is approx. 800, approx. 300 of these will be communicated by bus.
