NO-Engerdal: data-processing machines (hardware)
SO-11-02: framework agreement for ICT equipment. The aim is to establish framework agreements for the delivery of ICT equipment to Engerdal, Trysil, Stor-Elvdal, Åmot municipalities. Based on statistics from previous years, the mentioned municipalities purchase ICT equipment for approx. 5 000 000 NOK per annum. Purpose: The partner is expected to provide SECO's macroeconomic support division operational and conceptual backstopping expertise PFM reform domain, with a focus on budget management and fiscal decentralization. Tasks: — provide technical know-how in the PFM area with a particular emphasis on fiscal decentralization, the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) program, budgeting, PFM analysis in general, and decentralized PFM functions, — provide comments on project concepts and proposals, — support SECO with the supervision of projects implemented by other agencies.
