Statens pensjonskasse, hereafter SPK, requests tenders for a framework agreement for ICT services for application management and application development. SPK has a framework agreement for IT assistance and consultancy services which expires in July 2011. We therefore need to enter into new framework agreements for services within the area of IT (ITO). The aim of the agreement is to enter into framework agreements to gain access to consultants with documented competence and experience from ICT application management and application development. SPK will enter into agreements with tenderers which have access to professional resources with competence in, and experience from, application management and application development. When awarding the agreements SPK seeks tenderers to have the routines for the contractual professional resources requested by the award authority. Framework agreements shall be entered into with a minimum of 3 (three) and a maximum of 5 (five) suppliers.
