Statens vegvesen (SVV) and Jernbaneverket (JBV) have established a co-operation to better contribute to the planning and construction of a new E6 and new Dovrebane along Mjøsa in Eidsvoll and Stange. In connection with this award authority requests tenders for site inspection, structure control and vibration measurements along the planned road and track routes. The survey comprises both open air zones and tunnel routes. The main elements in the work are as follows: — Carry out site inspections of approx. 450 buildings in total as well as executing subsequent damage evaluation where this is required, — Place bolts and carry out structure control of approx. 50 buildings in total, — Place vibration equipment and carry out vibration measurements for approx. 100 buildings measure controls including time resolutions. The work is divided between 3 sections (FP1, FP2, FP3). The work also comprises preparatory work on all three sections. Oslo municipality c/o the City Council would like an updated estimate of the maintenance need for the properties belonging to Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF (Undervisningsbygg). The estimate shall be able to separate the total maintenance need and the maintenance lapse and the costs shall be able to be identified as belonging to Undervisningsbygg or the Education Department. Oslo municipality's Town Archive has asked the Education Department to give an account of the archive situation in the schools in Oslo. The Education Department has asked Undervisningsbygg to take over the building aspect by mapping the archives. Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF would like to work out maintenance plans for the buildings in accordance with the current rent contracts. The Education Department has equivalently asked Undervisningsbygg to map and plan the schools' internal maintenance needs in accordance with the Education Department's defined responsibility. Immediate measures shall be improved as a part of the project and are not included in the maintenance plans. The Ministry of the Environment c/o the Norwegian Pollution Control Authority requires that windows which include PCB are marked. This mapping is included in the project. The procurement's first phase consists of a preliminary project which shall be carried out over 2 months, see point 4.2.1. After the preliminary project has been completed, the directorate will decide whether the assignment shall be ended or completed, see the contract's point 2.3. The second phase in the assignment will consist of developing content and resources for the sub pages on pupils' learning environment and at the same time carry out a research and development project (R&D project).
