Local democracy survey 2011. The contract for the execution of a local democracy survey for 2011. The local democracy survey is a direct continuation of the local democracy survey from 2007 and the local election surveys which were carried out in 1995, 1999 and 2003 and it has a major survey of a selected approx. 4 000 persons as its most important basis. The survey shall map and analyse the local election results in 2011 as well as the conditions around how local democracy functions in Norway. The aim of the local democracy survey is divided into 2: The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development will, through the local democracy survey, contribute to knowledge of local elections and local democracy in particular and our political system more generally. The results from the survey shall be used in the general social debate, in teaching and as a survey which can contribute with data and analyses as a basis for further research. The survey shall also be able to contribute to knowledge which will make the government, municipalities, political parties, and others, able to start initiatives which will strenthen local democracy. The project is expected to start in April 2011. The aim is completion of the final report in April 2013. The upper financial limit for carrying out the local democracy survey is 5 000 000 NOK over 2 years (2 900 000 NOK in 2011 and 2 100 000 NOK in 2012). Furthermore it is assumed that the service provider will be responsible for obtaining the raw data for carrying out the analysis. HP test tool - maintenance of existing licences as well as option for services, licences etc. The armed forces currently uses a test tool from HP and the existing maintenance contract expires 31.1.2011. UK-Didcot: solar panel roof-covering work
Soha Photovoltaic Installations 2011-13. Soha Housing Ltd manages approximately 5 000 properties in South Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Approximately 3 300 of our properties are houses (including bungalows) and approx 1 700 are flats. We anticipate that approx 1 000 properties will be suitable for the installation of photovoltaic panels to the roofs due to their location and orientation. This contract will be for the supply and installation of Photovoltaic panels to Soha's stock. The Contractor will self finance this project using the feed in tariff initiative. No direct payment will be made from Soha Housing Ltd to the installer. Full or part assignment of the Feed in Tariff will be made by Soha to the installer for an agreed number of years. The contracting authority is looking for contractors to submit bids on this basis and to set out their proposals for the number of years for which they wish to receive the Feed in Tariff and percentage of such Tariff to be paid to the contractor. The successful contractor will allow to carry out surveys of Soha's stock, identify suitable roofs, supply, install and maintain the photovoltaic panels and deal with the metering of electricity, and collect the Feed in Tariffs.
