PL-Warsaw: drilling services
Services consisting in providing drilling activities and the relevant auxiliary services related to execution of 3 land based drilling wells. Services consisting in providing drilling activities (including mobilisation/demobilisation and rigging up and down) and the relevant auxiliary services related to the execution of three land-based drilling wells. In the scope of performing drilling activities, the economic operator is required, inter alia, to: 1. provide a drilling unit complete with necessary ancillary and safety equipment, including drill pipes, drill collars, all handling tools to perform the services as per the specification; 2. provide the necessary instruments & tools for the rig and ensure all the equipment is repaired and maintained; provide appropriate spare parts, if necessary; 3. handle the economic operator's materials; 4. mobilise & demobilise the rig (including provision of the necessary personnel and equipment to perform loading & unloading operations); 5. provide all the necessary personnel and equipment for rigging up & down drill rig and performing the drilling; 6. provide the necessary bop (blowout preventer) as per the specification of the contracting authority; 7. drill the wells to the required total depth (approximately 3,500 m to 4,000 m each) and run the casing strings; 8. provide the necessary communication facilities; 9. provide a gas monitoring & alert system; 10. provide fire monitoring & fire fighting equipment; 11. provide the necessary pollution prevention measures. The auxiliary services are those provided by the economic operator that are auxiliary to the actual drilling activities of the wells. In the scope of performing the auxiliary services, the economic operator is required, inter alia, to: 1. drill the conductor, rathole and mousehole & cement as required by the relevant regulations; 2. provide management and disposal of drilling fluid & solids; 3. prepare the fuel and lubricant storage that meets regulatory requirements such as the bounded and oil resistant lined area for the rig & its equipment as required by the relevant regulations; 4. provide bop (blowout preventer) consumables, including ram rubbers and annular packing unit (1st set) for each diameter of drill pipes and casing; 5. perform any required or outstanding regulatory & governmental permitting or licensing; 6. prepare the storage yard – to include space for other contractors, casing & tubing as well as other off-site storage requirements; 7. perform all the necessary civil, mechanical and electrical/instrumental works for the rig's services and equipment; 8. provide fishing equipment & services; basic set of fishing equipment to be supplied by the economic operator; 9. provide the casing running equipment and services (including power tong) for all casing/strings; 10. provide other necessary facilities and utilities. The minimum required rig parameters to be used should be as follows: 1. drive - diesel electric; 2. static hook load capacity - 300 t; 3. setback load capacity – 200 t; 4. drawworks - 1 200 HP capability; 5. top drive - 350 t; 6. mud pumps - 2 x 1 300 HP x 350 PSI working pressure; 7. gas separator system; 8. well control equipment with required working pressure; 9. 5" drillpipe, HWDP, spiral dc: 10. mud mixing, storage & cleaning system; volume - 200 cu.m.; 3 x eliptical shale shakers; mud cleaners/desanders/desilters.
