NO-Oslo: welding
Plumber watch for district heating system. Hafslund Fjernvarme (the Awarding Authority) wishes to enter into an agreement with an external provider for conducting plumbing services and mechanical maintenance in connection with the company's district heating distribution system in Oslo/Oppegård and Gardermoen. The agreement shall also include round-the-clock guard duty and emergency service with requirement of 1 and 2 hours attendance time, respectively, for commencing repairs. Written and oral communication shall be in Norwegian. The selected provider will be given restricted access to the Awarding Authority's maintenance system for reception of orders (job orders) and debriefing subsequent to implemented assignments. The district heating networks' operating pressure and temperature are PN25-120 degrees Celsius and the repairs of the piping system shall be conducted by certified welders. The remaining works shall be carried out by personnel with qualifications as mechanical skilled workers/plumbers. The distribution system includes: — approx. 226 km primary network (alignment length, insulated district heating mains), — approx. 1 100 customer stations, — approx. 50 group stations, — approx. 75 km secondary network, — approx. 600 heat exchangers for houses. The service will mainly include primary network, customer stations and group stations. The procurement shall be carried out as tender contest with negotiations and is a two-stage procedure with a prequalification phase and an award phase. The pre-qualification phase: the service providers submit requests for participation in the tender contest. The service providers who fulfil the qualification requirements will receive the tender documents and be invited to submit tenders.
