The Provision of Cleaning to City of Bath College. City of Bath College is situated in Bath city centre, we have been providing education for Bath and the surrounding area since it's conception in 1892. The College has over 8 000 students enrolled on over 1 600 full and part time courses. The College provides state of the art facilities for the diverse range of courses from ceramics, catering and glass design to GCSE's, ESOL and Constuction skills. There is a requirement for cleaning contract for the 5 main buildings (a 6th building is under construction). UK-Lancaster: accommodation, building and window cleaning services
Campus window cleaning service at Lancaster University. Lancaster University has on on-going requirement for window cleaning to all windows (both internally and externally). We envisage a 4 year framework agreement for this contract. This tender will be split into 2 lots: Lot 1 Academic buildings (includes buildings requiring specialised cleaning using machinery). Lot 2 Residential buildings. We expect the budget for Lot 1 to be in the region of GBP 60 000 p.a. and consist of approximately 30 academic buildings. Of those, approximately 25 require specialised cleaning using machinery due to the design of the buildings. The machinery and operators must be safety certified to comply with Health and Safety regulations. There will be one complete annual clean and an additional external clean to these buildings. The cleaning can take place either during vacation or during term time and generally between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00. We expect the budget for Lot 2 to be in the region of GBP 30 000 p.a. and consist of approximately 185 buildings which require one complete annual clean during the Summer vacation months, generally from 1st July to 25th September and an additional external clean during the year. However, certain areas remain occupied by either students or conference delegates and in these instances areas may need an exceptionally tight turnover due to access to internal spaces.
