UK-Warrington: insulation work
The supply and installation of airtightness systems & materials. Procurement for Housing & Fusion21 are jointly putting in place a supply and installation of airtightness systems and materials framework agreement for use by, but not limited to, all 700 plus current members of Procurement for Housing (PfH) and Fusion21 and any future members, details of current membership for PfH can be found here, http://www.procurementforhousing.co.uk/membership/membership_list. Any member organisations are located throughout the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Fusion21 is a Social Enterprise which promotes collaboration to save money and create jobs. We improve lives and communities through our approach to procurement, employment and training. We work by collaborating with clients, residents, contractors and suppliers; delivering a wide range of planned maintenance programmes, skills training courses and commissioned consultancy projects. We estimate the total contract value to be 30 000 000 GBP over 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance reviews; the option to extend would be valued at 10 000 000 GBP It is not possible for us to determine the actual split of this value between lots 1 & 2, where lots 1 & 2 state the maximum contract value to be 30 000 000 GBP this would only be if 100 % of the contract value went through one lot only. In essence we do not anticipate the total value of both lots to exceed 30 000 000 GBP. The framework will be available to all current and future Procurement for Housing and Fusion21 clients from the housing sector eg RSL, ALMO, LA or from other public sector organisations such as defence or education.
