Stable Way Management Service. Residential property services. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham jointly fund a 20-bay Traveller site at Stable Way, North Kensington. The Councils are looking to appoint an external provider of site management services for Stable Way. Strategic supervision of the Site will be retained by the two Councils. The successful applicant will be responsible for day-to-day operational management, including provision of a full-time (office hours) on-site warden, and will ensure the site provides a decent and safe environment for residents. In addition to providing assistance and sign-posting for residents the provider will be required to undertake enforcement action as necessary. Providers will need to have experience of delivering services to marginalised groups. Ongoing performance monitoring and evaluation will be undertaken by the two Councils. The appointment will be initially for 2 years, with an extension of the contract should the performance of the managing agent be deemed satisfactory and the primary objectives achieved, the option for the Royal Borough will be to extend for a further period of up to 2 years (one plus one).
