6-UDE-2010 - Purchase of new test platform for the schools in Oslo The Educational Administration (the Awarding Authority) is responsible for operation, development, follow-up and guidance of the education activity within the laws, frames and guidelines established by national and municipal authorities. The Educational Administration in Oslo (the Awarding Authority) requests a platform for creating and implementing digital tests for schools in Oslo. The tests are common for selected grades in the education system and are vital for following-up each student. The Oslo tests will be executed for selected grades of all schools in Oslo. 5-10 tests shall be implemented annually with 5 000 – 6 000 students per test. Number of tests may be adjusted in the years to come. Furthermore, the platform shall manage pilot tests as well as implementation of preparatory practise tests. The platform shall provide systems for preparing digital tests with various types of subjects. Moreover, the platform shall support playback of complete tests in various formats which shall be loaded into the platform. The students shall be able to log on to the platform in order to complete digital tests. The students' access to the platform shall be managed on school and group levels and the access shall be based on user data from a source system. The platform shall present the students' test results in a separate statistics system. Furthermore, the system shall provide options for automatically export of test results to other systems. It shall also be possible to activate implementation of preparatory practise tests for individual schools' own students, as well as adapted pilot tests. The test platform is expected to be put in operation during spring 2011. The procurement includes test platform with necessary adaptations for use at schools in Oslo. It shall also include an administration agreement. Dependent on the decision, the procurement may also involve operation of the platform.
