Ryedale Swimming Pool - Boiler Replacement. Ryedale Pool is a 25 m x 10 m leisure pool with water flume, located on a large plot of approximately 0,75 ha, adjacent to residential sheltered housing, emergency services and recreation facilities. The building is owned by Ryedale District Council and the facility is managed by Community Leisure Limited (CLL), who operate the installed services, water treatment equipment etc and provide and manage customer service, reception, lifeguards, teaching etc. The premises are thought to have been constructed circa 1980 and the site underwent a refurbishment of the changing rooms and reception in 2006 and the air handling plant was replaced in 1994. The pool is used 7 days a week for public swimming, teaching, parties, fitness classes and private hire, where inflatables are occasionally used. Ryedale District Council has already approved in outline a proposal which in brief requires the installation of the equipment scheduled below. A detailed Feasibility Study was undertaken in 2010 investigating and proposing how the heating system could be re-configured to make a more sustainable, energy efficient facility, taking maximum benefit from renewable technology. The current preferred proposal outlined is to replace the existing 2No gas fired boilers and install the following items: — new gas fired CHP unit, — air-source heat pumps, — modify existing pipework, — supplementary gas boilers (peak lopping, boost for showers etc), — replace existing calorifiers with new plate heat exchangers, — controls and electrical installation, — associated builders work, — upgrade of air handling unit – see below. The air-handling unit is currently in need of upgrade. It is anticipated that this will form part of the works and will need to be fully integrated with the proposed design and control strategy. You are invited by The Crescent Purchasing Consortium (from now on referred to as CPC) to submit a PQQ for the provision and implementation of an electronic records and document management solution to the further education sector. Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) was established in 2 000 to assist further education institutions in obtaining better value for money for goods and services. This has been achieved by establishing EU tendered supply arrangements with over 400 supplier agreements, then publicising their availability to members via our website, email lists and catalogue. Membership of the CPC is free for FE Institutions, and there is no compulsion upon members to use the supply arrangements. Funding for the CPCs services is provided by retrospective marketing premiums from approved suppliers based on spend with CPC members. CPC currently has over 650 members and membership is continuing to grow. Tender for the provision of a framework agreement for the supply of motor vehicles, plant, grounds equipment, motorcycles and specialist body conversions. Bristol City Council is seeking tenders for the inclusion on the Council's tender list for the Framework Agreement for Motor Vehicles, Plant, Grounds Equipment, Motorcycles and Specialist Body Conversions. The intention is to provide a framework contract to enable the procurement of vehicles and equipment over the duration of this contract. The intention is to cover all of The Council's Fleet requirements for the contract period. The tender will be split into 9 lots, tenderers will be able to apply for one or more lots by indicating this intention in the Pre-Tender Questionnaire. Each lot will be divided into a number of generic base specifications. Actual requirements may vary from these specifications, but will be used to form the basis of the pricing element of the tender cost schedule, by using the base model cost, plus the additional elements, to be able to evaluate effectively. These specifications also reflect the types of vehicles and equipment within The Council's current fleet, which may be required over the framework duration period of 48 months.
