The London Borough of Barnet wishes to work with the SP to provide a joined-up environmental regulation, design and management function that will develop and maintain the quality of the built environment and help to ensure the health and well being of our citizens. NO-Skien: primary school construction work
Kongerød Secondary School - reconstruction following a fire. Kongerød Academy shall be rebuilt following a fire. An engineering design has been carried out for a new building that shall be built as an extension to an existing building. The construction enterprise also comprises demolition of a free-standing construction and outdoor work. In total, approx. 1 500 m2 shall be demolished, and approx. 3 036 m2 main construction as well as approx. 450 m2 lean-to, bike shed and shelter shall be built. The engineering design of this construction is without a basement, with foundations and floor casted in concrete. The building shall mainly be constructed with steel pillars and beams, and hollow core concrete elements. In addition to the construction enterprise the procurement also comprises enterprises for ventilation, plumbing, electro and lift. The project has a progress plan that assumes start-up July/August 2011. Preparation work is expected to be completed by school start 2011. The latest date for transfer of the building is 8.12.2012. The new school shall be ready for school start in 2012. E18 Bie - Frivoll - Central barrier. The work comprises extension of a central crash barrier on the existing E18 in Grimstad Municipality in Aust-Agder County. The section is approximately 15 km long and widening of the actual carriageway will vary,on the whole, from 2,5 to 4 m. In addition there is widening of ditches on parts of the section. The works will mainly consist of: Excavation, mass transport, blasting, surface water and crash barrier work.
