The Client requires the appointment of a Main Contractor for construction of a new Post Graduate Centre / Teaching Facility to be located at the University's Luton Campus. The project is proposed to create between 3 000 and 4 500 m² of new build space, and design development is underway. The design will be progressed to RIBA Stage E. The scope of works may include enabling works in relation to an existing building which is to be replaced by the new facility. The scope may also include external landscaping, a link bridge and modifications to an existing adjacent building. The Client's intention is to create a modern, high quality building and provide a professional facing environment that is vibrant and inspiring to students.
