NO-Tromsø: concrete work
Fakken windmill park – contract(s) infrastructure. The Awarding Authority is planning the construction of Fakken windmill park situated far east on Vannøya. This project will require new internal infrastructure in the planned area and preparation of new infrastructure near the quay in Vannavalen. The contract's infrastructure includes up to 9 km roads, 18 auxiliary spaces, development of rig area, 18 wind turbine foundations, digging 9 km cable ditches, and cable laying. The design of the windmill park will be optimised in co-operation with the wind turbines' supplier, which means that the exact extent and content of the contract has to be determined after the tenders are submitted. UK-Hull: construction work
The transformation of Orchard Park HRA PFI. No The Contracting Authority is seeking to enter into a Housing Revenue Account Private Finance Initiative (HRA PFI) contract entitled The Transformation of Orchard Park. The contract will include the designing, building and financing the development of approximately 500 units of general needs accommodation within 2 sites on the Orchard Park Estate. Additionally a repairs and maintenance service is required to service the new build properties for a period of 25 years under the PFI contract. The project seeks to build a sustainable neighbourhood and increase the quality and choice of housing on the Orchard Park Estate. Hull City Council has been given approval from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to proceed to the next stage of the procurement process and develop an outline business case. Prior to submitting the outline business case and issuing an OJEU notice, Hull City Council is inviting interested parties to participate in a market testing exercise in order to engage with potential bidders and obtain views on key aspects of the project. It is the intention of Hull City Council to use this information to inform the potential procurement exercise and the project planning. A project brief is available and can be downloaded from http://scms.alito.co.uk. The deadline for receiving expressions of interest is 12 p.m. on Friday 3rd September.
