Molecular beam epitaxy reactor. The EPSRC National Centre for III-V Technologies seeks tenders for the supply of a molecular beam epitaxy reactor capable of growing a large variety of different structures, across a broad range of III-V material families. The majority of work is based on the common arsenides and phosphides, however, the reactor has to be able to rapidly switch to more exotic materials, for example antimonides or dilute-nitrides. The system tendered must be capable of producing high quality wafers and robustness of the reactor is also a key element to be considered.
