Prequalification for the construction of either concrete based foundation or steel jacket for Anholt Offshore transformer station. As part of establishing the Anholt offshore wind farm, Energinet.dk must supply an offshore transformer platform. The purpose of the offshore transformer platform is to collect the electrical energy from the offshore wind farm, transform it to another voltage level and bring it ashore. This prequalification concerns construction of the jacket/foundation for a off-shore transformer station. The offshore transformer station consists of a steel jacket or a concrete foundation and topside. This prequalification only concerns the fabrication and transport/installation of the concrete foundation or steel jacket. The jacket/foundation is expected to have a total height of 29, 0 m. The footprint of steel jacket at seabed will be 27,0 x 30,5 meter and the size if concrete gravity based structure are offered will likely be smaller. Topside interface will be 20,0 x 23,5 meter. (all measured from centreline of main members) The topside estimated weight is 1900 mT. The offshore transformer station is to be installed in the Kattegat south west of the island Anholt during the spring of 2012 at water depth is approximately 17 m. Energinet.dk will provide a detailed design for the steel jacket, but the contractor has to scrutinize the detailed design, prepare shop drawings and get approved for construction as part of his scope. Energinet.dk will provide conceptual design basis for a concrete foundation and contractor will have to perform detailed design, certification, prepare shop drawings and obtain approval for construction as part of his scope. The scope of work shall include as a minimum the following: Steel Jacked offered. — shop drawings for jacket, — all works in connection with the fabrication of the jacket, — all third party approvals, — painting of all external surfaces to off-shore standards, — establish and approval of all welding procedures, — fabrication of 8 pcs of piles, — design and fabrication of seafastning, — loadout to barge, — rental of suitable North Sea going barge, — transport to site in Kattegat, — costs related to Marine Warranty Surveyor and 3 party certification are ex-cluded in scope of work, — installation of steel jacket will be done by others. The offshore transformer station consists of a topside with a total expected weight of about 1900 mT. The footprint will be 37,5 x 23,5 with a height of 12,5 m excluded the helicopter deck. The offshore transformer station is to be installed in the Kattegat south west of the island Anholt during the spring of 2012 at water depth is approximately 17 m. Energinet.dk will provide a detailed design for the topside, but the contractor has to scrutinize the detailed design, prepare shop drawings and get approved for construction as part of his scope. Energinet.dk will provide high voltage transformers and high voltage equipment and install them in cooperation with the contractor. The free issued equipment among others is: three 220/33 kV 140 MVA transformers, 220 kV cable, 220 kV & 33 kV switchgear, part of low voltage panels, control equipment and protection relays.
