The Scottish Government wishes to purchase surveying services for the Home Owners' Support Fund (HOSF) which covers two mortgage rescue schemes, the Mortgage to Rent scheme and the Mortgage to Shared Equity scheme. The successful operation of HOSF depends upon the Scottish Government having timely access to good quality property valuation services at all locations around Scotland. The Scottish Government is committed to helping home owners who have been affected by the economic downturn and are experiencing financial difficulties. 25773 - MEICA regional contracts for MEICA related services. The contract is for installation, design, supply, repair maintenance, overhaul, replacement and general engineering works relating to MEICA sites in the Environment Agency SE Region. The works will be required to be carried out on a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, service, both on and off site. The works relate to Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls and Automation equipment installed industrial pumping stations and water control structures which includes weirs, sluices and telemetry outstations.
