Isos Group (the Client) wishes to engage six suitably qualified contractor(s) under a four year, three lot framework agreement to provide fully managed cleaning services across its housing stock. It is expected that a maximum of three contractors will receive the initial annual packages available. The remaining framework suppliers may in future receive packages of work through the award of call-off contracts if required by the Isos Group. Providers must be able to fulfil the requirements outlined in the specification part of this tender, whilst offering value for money. Annual expenditure on cleaning services exceeds 280 000 GBP per annum across all lots. Based upon available budget levels affordability caps are in place for each lot: Lot 1 is subject to a maximum total value of 78 000 GBP excluding VAT per year. Bids exceeding this value will be deemed to be unaffordable and will be failed. Lot 2 is subject to a maximum total value of 118 000 GBP excluding VAT per year.
