A) Statutory Audit Requirements We require a statutory audit to be undertaken on the financial statements of: -. — Home Group Limited (entity and consolidated), — Home in Scotland Limited, — Live Smart @ Home Limited, — Home Group Developments Limited, — Ruislip and Northwood Aged People's Housing Company Limited. B) Reports to Audit Committee and Boards We require an audit strategy document to be presented at Audit Committee in advance of each audit setting out the engagement team, audit approach, key audit risks and how these will be addressed and a summary of the proposed fees. We also require a report setting out any findings arising during any interim audit visit. Finally, we require a report of key audit findings, accounting and control issues which are relevant in a Group context to be presented to the Audit Committee. We also require separate findings documents to be prepared for each business unit which sets out not only the more significant issues reported to Audit Committee but also the minor issues to be considered and addressed locally. C) Home South Leasehold and Shared Ownership Scheme Accounts We require an audit to be undertaken on the individual scheme accounts of approximately 60 leasehold and shared ownership schemes run by Home South. D) Development Compliance Audit As part of our development partner status with the Homes and Communities Agency we are required to undertake an annual development compliance audit on a number of schemes. E) Other Requirements We also require an audit opinion to be expressed on a number of other returns to lenders, local authorities and the guarantors of the fixed interest loan stock.
