UK-Edinburgh: repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment
EC0492 electrical small works and reactive maintenance. The University has a population of over 26 000 students and 6 500 staff. University activity is spread over approximately 744 buildings in five locations covering 800 000 square metres around Edinburgh and beyond, with student accommodation provided at the Pollock Halls of Residence and across a range of flats around the city. Other locations include Bush Estate, the Roslin Institute, the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Firbush Outdoor Education Centre. The University of Edinburgh is going out to tender for a framework agreement for electrical small works and asscociated services. The framework will incorporate a measured term contract with a schedule of rates. The successful Suppliers must be willing to play an active and effective role as partners in understanding the needs and requirements of a large and complex building stock and will be expected to support the University through the delivery of a comprehensive package of services.
