UK-London: market research services
UK-London: mystery shopping. Market research services. National savings and investments (NS&I) requires a market research agency to provide it with mystery shopping services. At present NS&I runs mystery shopping of its telephone service and its customer facing email responses. Telephone: NS&I already have a number of key performance indicators (KPIs) in place for its telephone service. Mystery shopping of this channel is an additional and complimentary means of evaluation that NS&I uses. It provides measures of customer experience, compliance with service standards and the accuracy of the answers given by NS&I's call handlers. The mystery shopping would need to provide a representative assessment of the telephone service, therefore it should: cover all the times of day that the call centres are open; cover all days that they are open; consist of a significantly robust sample size so conclusions about the level of service provided can be reached: and enable regular quarterly reporting of the findings. Email: NS&I receives emails from consumers via its website. As with the telephone service it is felt that mystery shopping helps to ascertain the level of service provided etc. Again the mystery shopping would need to provide a representative assessment of the email service, therefore it should: cover various times of day; cover all days of the week; consist of a significantly robust sample size so conclusions about the level of service provided can be reached: and enable regular quarterly reporting of the findings. Benchmarking: NS&I are also keen to consider benchmark its service against that of other financial service providers and non-financial providers. This may be through specially commissioned work or simply through the successful agency being able to share top level (aggregated) information about how other clients perform. CPV: 79310000. ...
