Passenger transport for children and adults. Please note the tender opportunity described in this notice replaces a previous tender opportunity for Passenger Transport that was advertised at the end of November 2010. The original opportunity to set up a three borough Framework to include the London Borough of Merton has been terminated. The London Borough of Sutton in conjunction with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is now advertising a new opportunity and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Passenger Transport. Both Authorities wish to procure the services through a Framework Agreement. The London Borough of Sutton shall act as the lead Borough and establish the Framework on behalf of both Authorities. The Framework will consist of Passenger Transport for both Children and Adults. The indicative value of business that may be procured through the Framework is between 3 000 000 GBP–6 000 000 GBP per annum. Both Boroughs may use the Framework to procure passenger transport for either or both Children and Adults. Please be aware that the way the Framework is used by each Borough may be subject to change during the lifetime of the Agreement. The Framework will operate for a period of 4 years from 1.8.2011. Please be aware that TUPE may apply to this Framework Agreement.
