Hankinta Keskeytetty: AS332 L1 Contracted Maintenance. 1) The Air Patrol Squadron of The Finnish Border Guard (the Buyer) intends to establish a maintenance contract of AS332 L1 Super Puma aircraft maintenance services over the years 2011-2015 (5 years) in the scope as requested hereinafter. (2) Number of aircraft is three (3) subject of this request. (3) The buyer is the helicopter operator. (4) The buyer, in connection with the his maintenance and flight operations of the subject aircraft, requires the service provider to perform maintenance checks, component maintenance, component overhauls & repairs, modification support and other maintenance services, which shall be confirmed upon between the service provider and the buyer in the future orders in accordance to the terms and conditions of the maintenance contract. (5) The service provider and the buyer may agree also other maintenance services in accordance to the terms and conditions of the contract, that may be agreed upon with operator in future orders.
