DFID seek Expressions of interest (EOI) from international suppliers to provide technical assistance to improve the function of Decentralised Social Services in Kosovo. The purpose of the 24 month programme is to: strengthen management systems for the financial and administrative decentralisation of social care services through establishment of a National policy advisory committee [NPAC] to develop financial and administrative coherence for the decentralisation of social care services; strengthen capacities of central government to develop an intergovernmental financing system and a budget formula; strengthen management systems by improving technical and organisational links between planning, policy and budgeting; strengthen institutional and organisational structures for effective policy dialogue on the delivery of social services; and, develop an exit and transition strategy. Limerick Institute of Technology, is a progressive higher education institution offering a wide range of courses at Higher Certificate (level 6) Ordinary Degree (level 7), Honours degree (level 8), Masters Degree (level 9) and Doctorate (level 10) to full and part time students.
