Tender submissions will include any manufacturers' discount for any non-contract items. Scope: West Lothian Council's Gas Section are responsible for the repairs and annual maintenance programme of 12 437 properties that currently have gas appliances installed, along with 23 properties in The Forth Valley Area that have oil fired central heating systems. We have also undertaken, and will continue, a capital programme of heating installations.
