Contract for production and dispatch of invoices for the City of Oslo Tax Collection Office. Oslo municipality provides services to residents, institutions and businesses which are taxable. The Waste Management Department (REN), the Water and Sewage Department (VAV) and the Fire and Rescue Department (BRE) provide the services. These departments are responsible for customer service and for working out the taxes connected to the department's services. The departments calculate the taxes in their own systems and send them so that they can be included in a joint invoice. The City of Oslo Tax Collection Office (KEM) is responsible for this invoicing. The City of Oslo Tax Collection Office is also responsible for the collection of parking fees and additional taxes on behalf of the Traffic Department.
