The University wishes to develop its support for research and learning by adopting a state-of-the-art library and information resource discovery solution. The intended solution will provide a central point of access to electronic resources for and in excess of 20 000 students and 4 000 members of staff. The intended solution will provide a searchable interface to subscription resources, freely available resources and other institutional databases, for example, the library catalogue and the institutional repository.
