Zero call off standard pricing framework for the supply of the following Legal information Services to various public sector departments and organisations: The Ministry of Justice and other participating departments have a requirement for legal resources, information and publications to be provided in an online electronic format. The online legal information is supplier hosted and used across the MoJ, predominantly by the judiciary in their operational role within HM Courts and Government Lawyers. The largest demands for Online information is hosted via two online portals utilised by MoJ and the Government Legal Services (GLS). The portals have an allocated area where end users can access individual publisher's databases, although the method for accessing resources may be subject to change following the Procurement exercise. The supplier is required to host the data and provide the interface via the MoJ's and Lions online portals. Other participating stakeholders may require direct login access. The example types of information made available in an online electronic format include: — Full Texts of all Public & General Acts of Parliament in Force in England & Wales as enacted and as amended, — The full text of repealed Acts of Parliament, — Commentary on Legislation, — UK Case Law, — Law Reports. TfL solar photovoltaic scheme. Transport for London - TfL - is seeking one or more partners for places on a framework intended to introduce solar photovoltaic / solar PV generating capacity across suitable sites in its London property portfolio. The framework suppliers will project manage, design, finance, construct, and operate and maintain the solar PV installations. A critical consideration is that TfL can make no capital contribution to this programme. TfL will co-ordinate with the framework suppliers who will identify and review available TfL locations for potential to accept a solar PV installation.
