Head of construction committee for the new Munch-museum and the new Deichmanske main library. The aim is to fill the position as head of advisory construction committee for the new Munch-museum and the new Deichmanske main library with a person who has broad professional competence in this type of buildings. The new Munch-museum and the new Deichmanske main library are large and unique construction projects with many interests and complex problems. The construction committee shall function as an advisory organ for the Awarding Authority and as a follow up and inspection organ. The construction committee's head of advicory must have a good understanding of managing projects of a unique character, where in addition the construction projects are also of major social importance and interest. It is particularly important that the head of the committee has broad experience from and insight in managing major complex development and construction projects. In addition the person must have knowledge of and experience from the development and execution of projects with high environment ambitions. The ability to obtain clarity in decisions and the ability to co-operate across interest groups and levels is very important. The Awarding Authority estimates that the assignment of head of the construction committee including all options will have a value of approx. 3 000 000 - 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
