TransQ, Scandinavian Transport Utilities Qualification System. If a subscribing utility would consider that the information available after theinitial qualification stage is inadequate to establish a bidder list, a request for additional information will be sent to qualified suppliers (Stage 2). The subscribing transport utility organisations will use the scheme for all requirements subject to EC procurement rules but reserve the right to place individual notices for specific requirements where they deem it necessary. The qualification scheme may be used for contracts not subject to EC rules at each subscriber's discretion.
