NO-Oslo: accommodation, building and window cleaning services
Procurement of cleaning services for Nasjonalbiblioteket avd. Oslo. Nasjonalbiblioteket requests a new agreement for purchase of cleaning services of their premises in Henrik Ibsens gate 110 in Oslo, and relating magasine as well as magazine depot in Observatoriegaten 1. The contract shall replace the existing agreement when this expires in February 2012. This is a 2 year contract with an option for award authority to prolong the contract period for two optional periods, each for a maximum of 1 year. This means that the total contract period is a maximum of 4 years. The supplier choosen for this contract will be the exclusive supplier of indoor cleaning services during the contract period. This is an open tender contest procedure. Plumber watch for district heating system. Hafslund Fjernvarme (the Awarding Authority) wishes to enter into an agreement with an external provider for conducting plumbing services and mechanical maintenance in connection with the company's district heating distribution system in Oslo/Oppegård and Gardermoen. The agreement shall also include round-the-clock guard duty and emergency service with requirement of 1 and 2 hours attendance time, respectively, for commencing repairs. Written and oral communication shall be in Norwegian. The selected provider will be given restricted access to the Awarding Authority's maintenance system for reception of orders (job orders) and debriefing subsequent to implemented assignments. The district heating networks' operating pressure and temperature are PN25-120 degrees Celsius and the repairs of the piping system shall be conducted by certified welders. The remaining works shall be carried out by personnel with qualifications as mechanical skilled workers/plumbers. The distribution system includes: — approx. 226 km primary network (alignment length, insulated district heating mains), — approx. 1 100 customer stations, — approx. 50 group stations, — approx. 75 km secondary network, — approx. 600 heat exchangers for houses. The service will mainly include primary network, customer stations and group stations. The procurement shall be carried out as tender contest with negotiations and is a two-stage procedure with a prequalification phase and an award phase. The pre-qualification phase: the service providers submit requests for participation in the tender contest. The service providers who fulfil the qualification requirements will receive the tender documents and be invited to submit tenders. UK-Blackpool: real estate services
Queens Park development opportunity site. Queens Park is a Blackpool Council-owned housing estate located in a prominent and convenient position only a short distance from the town centre and the beach. The estate covers an area of 2,89 hectares and consists of 497 residential units in 5 tower blocks and a number of lower rise blocks. It is managed for the Council by Blackpool Coastal Housing. A decision has been taken by the Council to revitalise the estate into a safe and attractive neighbourhood inhabited by a balanced and sustainable community. Over a period of approximately the next 7 years the whole estate will be demolished in phases and replaced with low-rise housing. public and private spaces and community facilities. Good design and innovation will be used to foster a close and secure environment containing approximately 200-250 well-designed, new homes in a contemporary, human-scale setting. The Council is committed to providing an opportunity for residents to be involved in the design and planning of the new estate and a Residents' Group has been established for this purpose. A Vision and Objectives for the new neighbourhood have been established with the Residents' Group which will participate in choosing the preferred development partner and then work with them as the proposals are implemented.
