DK-Copenhagen: transmission apparatus for radiotelephony, radiotelegraphy, radio broadcasting and television
Restricted EU-tender for Service, Operation and Maintenance of DR DTT broadcasting networks including related site infrastructure support. The purpose of the present tender is to provide DR with a contract for services relating to DR's DTT broadcasting networks. The existing DTT broadcasting networks comprise of: A) Two UHF DVB-T transmitting networks located on approximately 18 main sites and a further 29 gap-filler or relay stations; B) The sites (some services share facilities) are (roughly) distributed in the Danish provinces as follows: 1. The duration of the contract is 10 years. Overall, the contract being offered will include 2 important objects: 1) Service, operation and maintenance of the broadcasting networks with an estimated value of 12 000 000 DKK a year or 120 000 000 DKK in the period. 2) Site infrastructure support to the broadcasting networks with an estimated value of 3-4 000 000 DKK a year or 30-40 000 000 DKK in the contract period. UK-Motherwell: building-cleaning services
Stairwell cleaning services (close cleaning). The stairwell cleaning service or close cleaning as it is known locally involves the weekly cyclic cleaning of the communal areas of approximately 700 public sector flatted or maisonette properties, up to 5 floors in height. These properties are located across North Lanarkshire in all of the main towns and many are multi-tenure, however the majority of residents are Council tenants. The weekly cleaning schedule includes: — Lifting and removing litter and debris from within stairwell and communal areas, — Brushing down stair and landing areas, — Where appropriate lifting and replacing door mats, carpets or furniture within landing areas after cleaning operations, — Washing all floor surfaces and window ledges with hot water and a mild detergent. NB: Cleaning liquids containing bleach or ammonia are not permitted; and — Dry clean light fittings where accessible. In addition to the weekly cleaning cycle, walls and common area windows, including entrance doors/screens are washed down every 3 months. In many areas a more extensive deep clean treatment is required whereby all floor and stair surfaces are either deck or machine scrubbed clean; and more extensive cleaning of walls, (including removal of minor graffiti) takes place; banisters are scrubbed clean and, windows (both sides) and light fittings are washed. It should be noted that neither power nor an external water supply is available within the majority of these properties. Also the majority of the blocks of flats have secure door entry systems and the contractor is required to liase with local housing staff for access.
