Previously the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, was named Centre for Governmental Financial Management, but changed name 14.11.2011. The Awarding Authority is responsible for strengthening the governmental financial management and improving the use of resources for the area. The Awarding Authority is consultants for governmental financial management and executes administration assignments for all government agencies. The Awarding Authority also provides financial services (wage and accounting services) for approx. 70 % of the government agencies. The Awarding Authority uses the system Agresso for the accounting area, whilst Basware is used for electronic invoice processing and e-trade. The Agresso system has 140 government agencies as users, divided in 8 databases and has a total of approx. 5 000 users of self service and smart client. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with qualified consultants for short-term or long-term contracts related to assignments of various complexity and extent. Kr.sund upper secondary school-builder's representative for building 08, constr. stage 1, building 10. Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has decided to construct building 08, construction stage 1 and truck hall connected to building 10 at Kristiansund upper secondary school. In connection with the engineering, procurement and construction contract, the Awarding Authority shall contract for a builder's representative who shall ensure the builder's interests in connection with implementation of the project in such a way that the contractor executes the works in accordance with contractual requirements for progress, finances and quality. Canteen management, The National Theatre. The Awarding Authority is a vivid workplace and the number of visitors in the canteen will vary from day to day. The service provider must follow the annual plan, week lists and day lists where the levels of activities are given. The opening hours of the canteen on weekdays are 9:30-21:30 and on Saturdays from 11:00-20:00. Longer and other opening hours will be agreed upon in accordance with requirements. The canteen is closed during the theatre's holidays, normally 6 weeks in the summer. The canteen is an important social rallying point for the Awarding Authority's employees, which also will require organisation and adaptation of the theatre's operating pattern and rhythm.
