Tender for Renewable Heat Premium Paymnets (RHPP) monitoring main programme. The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP) scheme requires that a sample of installations (specifically heat pump, biomass boiler and solar thermal installations) will be monitored to determine the in-situ operating performance, carbon benefits, and customer perceptions of the installation. The Energy Saving Trust administers the RHPP and is responsible for ensuring that detailed monitoring is undertaken at around 500 sites across Great Britain. Additionally, basic monitoring will be undertaken at a further sample of up to 350 sites, as part of this project. The Energy Saving Trust is therefore tendering to appoint a contractor to supply monitoring equipment and provide data collection software and services to enable quasi-live performance data to be easily captured into a central database and viewed, managed by the Energy Saving Trust. The data would be the intellectual property of DECC. The Energy Saving Trust expects that installations selected for monitoring will be chosen at random and will be located across Great Britain. We anticipate that, around 400 heat pump installations will be monitored in detail to determine the Seasonal Performance Factor and that around 50 biomass boilers and 50 solar thermal systems will be monitored to determine the renewable heat delivered. Additionally, basic monitoring will be undertaken at a sample of up to 350 additional heat pump sites. The contractor should develop a system to collect data regularly, and to plot charts of the distribution of various parameters, including the seasonal performance factor, each month. A small amount of basic data is also required on a weekly basis. Monitoring should continue for a period of one year at each site. Data collection and acquisition methodologies and equipment must be. CE3679 OHLE Maintenance and Repair Services. Iarnrod Eireann is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of OHLE (Overhead Line Equipment) services. The services required are to provide a team of competent and experienced OHLE personnel (minimum of 5) suitably equipped to assist IE in carrying out OHLE maintenance and renewal programmes on the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit). The DART is a 1,500Vdc Overhead Line Catenary System with traction return path through the track. It comprises some 45kms of double track, 10kms of single track and necessary stabling sidings in the Dublin area. The total length of contact wire is approximately 130kms. It is intended at this stage to award a contract for a period of up to 3 years.
