The Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement for the Provision of External Audit Services; The successful auditor must satisfy the criteria for the appointment of an auditor of an NHS foundation trust, as set out in paragraph 23(4) of schedule 7 of the 2006 act; The auditor must have an established and demonstrable standing within the healthcare sector and be able to show a high level of experience and expertise. The work is of a specialised nature, and so general audit experience is not sufficient; The auditor must comply with the Audit Code for NHS Foundation Trusts; and The auditor must subject the audit to internal quality control procedures which are sufficiently robust to monitor the compliance of the audit work with the Audit code for NHS Foundation Trusts. NHS North Staffordshire is seeking to engage providers who are able to offer provision of community based Deep Vein Thrombosis Services within North Staffordshire. The key objective is to appoint one provider to deliver a "one stop shop" facility in a primary care or community setting. The aim of this service is to reduce the need for appropriate patients to require access secondary care services. The service will offer assessment, diagnostic and treatment facilities which must include scanning facilities for North Staffordshire GPs wishing to exclude a potential DVT in their patients. Given the geographical footprint of North Staffordshire, it is anticipated that the provider will ensure that the DVT service supports the care closer to home principle and as such provide a facility both in the north and south of the catchment area. Any appointed provider will be required to work alongside our existing primary care service. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors able to provide collection of cash and cheques from offices and schools within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Currently collections are made from 41 different offices in the borough. Collection involves arriving at the office concerned, signing for the cash and cheques in sealed bags, delivering them to the bullion centre and Cash Office and again completing any necessary paperwork.
