The Council intends to let a contract for the provision of cleaning services, including graffiti removal and associated activities, for the common parts of 33 Council owned blocks of flats at various locations within the Borough of Guildford. The blocks comprise one high rise (Bedford House) and the majority of the balance are organised in groups of 4, 6, 8 and 12 over 2 or 3 floors. Cleaning services are to be provided for 5 blocks 3 times a week and the remaining blocks once a week.
