Business Start-up Support Services. Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by or on behalf of Economic Solutions Limited and the Greater Manchester Local Authorities. These will include the 10 Local Authorities in Greater Manchester: BoltonMetropolitan Borough Council, Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, Manchester City Council, Oldham Metropolitan Manchester.
