(Members listed in Appendix C in ITQ) to undertake a tendering exercise which is required to create a serial publications and subscription service to replace two consortia framework agreements (BRISC and Atomics) for the provision of serial publication and subscription services. The current spend across both existing consortia agreements is 3 000 000 per annum. However this is an approximation and does not take into account any future budget restrictions or significant changes in the journals market. The requirement is for the provision of serial publications and subscription services to each customer (Rescolinc Consortium Member). The requirement will include print journals, electronic journals either as part of a package deal from a publisher, e.g. publisher site licenses, or on an individual title by title basis, or electronic only journals, monographic series, back issues and continuations, CDs, microforms, and memberships or sourcing through other routes for example JISC collections. The agent shall provide information on the best possible financial deal using all of the available pricing models from publishers or negotiating agents either for individual consortium members or the Rescolinc consortium as a whole.
