The health centre sits on a podium between Emminster and Hinstock, the Community Centre is a detached building at the Western boundary of the estate. The site is bounded to the south by the West Coast- Euston Mainline – there is a footbridge crossing the lines connecting the car park building to further residences (Abbey Estate) to the South that will be demolished in advance under separate contract.
