This notice is to indicate that National Grid Plc will use the UVDB system, which is managed by Achilles Information Limited, as a system for the registration of suppliers, contractors and service providers (vendors) for the purposes of awarding contracts of any value that are fully covered by the EU procurement legislation and may use it for other contracts. CSRA Border Surveillance. In 2009, CPH found out, that the existing PIDS (Perimeter Intruder Detection System) no longer was able to detect intruders according to regulatory requirements for surveillance of Critical Security Restricted Area (CSRA) border. CSRA is the most critical of all airport security zones and covers aircraft stands, service roads, maintenance areas and taxiways outside the maneuvering area. Access to this area is subject to 100 % access control and 100 % security control. Border surveillance must be established so that objects (e.g. people and vehicles) are detected in case of unauthorized passing of CSRA border - and if possible, before the entry occurs - so that it is possible to prevent this from happening.
