The supply of a development and maintenance consultancy services framework. The Partnership is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier framework for the provision of development and maintenance consultancy services. This is related to new build, regeneration, refurbishment and maintenance. The consultancy services are for three lots: 1. Employers agents; 2. Clerk of works; 3. Mechanical and electrical engineer, plumbing heating and electrical. In order to ensure that the diverse geographical area covered by The Guinness Partnership and Development Partners is resourced effectively, The Guinness Partnership has split the areas into three (3) operational regions comprising of seven (7) team areas across three (3) discipline lots. Bidders are permitted to apply for any discipline lot(s) and up to a maximum of 2 operational regions. Bidders are not permitted to submit more than one PQQ application from within the same parent company or ultimate parent company or from the same group of companies. Service contracts will be awarded under the framework agreement on the basis of the criteria set out in the invitation to tender documentation. The specific services required from consultants may vary according to the project (but the full range of possible services will be set out in the ITT). Service Contracts will be awarded under the framework agreement either by way of direct call off or by mini-tender. The Guinness Trustees Ltd/ The Guinness Partnership (and other client organisations named at 1.2) reserve the right to award a service contract to a consultant outside of the framework agreement. Service contracts called off under the framework may continue beyond the 4 year period of the framework, to coincide with completion of any particular scheme or programme of schemes, which commenced during the term of the framework agreement. The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) are seeking an experienced supplier to undertake a musical instrument support service to deliver the following to schools across the Councils area of responsibility. — Stock managing a catalogue of approximately 4000 instruments owned by the council (some of which will be on loan to pupils during term time), — Repair and maintain the instruments on request.
