The purpose of the Galileo hosting services for the site of Kerguelen (France) is to prepare and maintain an infrastructure where the following elements of the Galileo ground segment will be deployed and hosted: a Galileo sensor station (GSS), used to receive the Galileo signal in space (SiS) sent by the satellites. The purpose of this call for tenders is to provide the SESAR Joint Undertaking (SJU), through Eurocontrol acting on its behalf, with civil airspace users' expertise to execute the SESAR work programme in accordance with Section 3 of the tender specifications, i.e. number of days of expert airspace users (pilots and engineers) during the duration of the contract through specific task orders.
