Tender for a Recruitment Resourcing Centre, associated marketing & web site (GMTS). Scope of work. The NHS Institute runs the NHS graduate management training scheme. The scheme is designed to equip the NHS with the leaders it needs for the future. The scheme is currently under review and will develop further during the course of this contract. The NHS Institute now wishes to invite providers of quality services to supply the following: — A resource centre service to deal with queries from applicants resulting from their application and to administer the recruitment process using our current ATS system, — To produce a variety of high quality and cost effective recruitment marketing advertising & collateral which will raise the profile of the NHS graduate scheme specifically with those undergraduates contemplating applying for the informatics or finance management training scheme, and to market the NHS as a potential employer to these individuals, — To host and develop the NHS graduate management training scheme web site (http://www.nhsgraduates.co.uk) providing advice and producing copy which is accurate and concise and communicates effectively with its intended audience. Please note: as the above requirement is classified as a part B service ("Personnel placement & supply services"), it is not subject to the full EU regulations that would require a formal OJEU procedure to be followed. Programme outcomes. The appointed supplier should successfully provide the above services to help the NHS Institute deliver the required number of quality candidates needed, ensuring all candidates receive a high standard of customer care. At the same time the appointed supplier should ensure that the NHS Institute receives accurate and timely communication on all stages of the recruitment process, they are responsible for, to enable the NHS Institute to make informed timely decisions to respond to the market place and develop the recruitment process.
