Framework agreement media monitoring. The armed forces are dependant upon continuous media monitoring to be able to ensure good management information. This especially applies in media handling work and analysis of the Armed Forces within the media. In total the Armed Forces are active in many media channels, there are approximately 7 000 references a month within the media in relation to the Armed Forces/Defence Department. To maintain an overview it is therefore necessary to use a service which systematically reviews the media, and presents the media picture in a high level and relevant manner. CPV: 92400000. ...

North East procurement internal works installation. North East Procurement (NEP) are procuring a framework agreement for the provision of planned maintenance and investment works to social housing properties. The members of neprocurement wish to establish 4-year non-binding framework agreement for the provision of property repairs and maintenance. Works are primarily required for planned maintenance and investment programmes. However, it is envisaged that works may be required for other activities such as voids. The works shall include, but shall not be limited to, the replacement and upgrade of kitchens, bathrooms, heating and boilers, electrical works, windows and doors, and whole house internals. NEP has already established a framework for the supply of materials. The purpose of this procurement process is to establish a framework of contractors who will work on an install only basis or a directed supply and install basis to complement the materials framework. The frameworks entered into will be managed by NEP and all members, either current or future, will be entitled to call off individual contracts pursuant to the framework agreement. Any such contract will be held, managed and supervised by the individual member organisation making the call off. The values within the contract notice include known volume requirements from current NEP members plus an allowance for additional requirements from both existing and new members. The values include the material element to ensure compliance should NEP use a 'directed' supply and install model for some or all workstreams. The value of the lots are as follows: Kitchens - 52.8M. Bathrooms - 43.2M. Heating and Boilers - 72M. Electrical works - 28.8M. Windows and doors - 24M. Whole house internals - 19.2M. Expressions of interest are sought from suitably. Experienced companies who would like to enter into the framework agreement. The proposed framework agreement shall be put in place for a maximum period of 4 years. The current NEP labour frameworks are due to expire in March 2013 and will continue to be used for NEP members subject to capacity and value for money. The new framework is anticipated to be active from June 2012 in order to manage increased capacity requirements due to the growth of NEP and additional programme identified by members and to address the loss of capacity on the current framework due to insolvency of some contractors and consolidation within the market. It is envisaged that the framework agreement will be available for use by NEP members and other partners, and customers, both current and future. This may include any registered social housing provider in the UK. The ensuing framework agreement will be available for access by one or more local authorities including unitary authorities, local government ALMOs, registered social landlords, any other category of social landlord. A list of these can be found at the following web site www.tenantservicesauthority.org. To register your interest in the project please e-mail us at nepplannedworks@valueworks.co.uk.
